UTOPIA PLAY, the collaboration between Swiss producer Popshop (Martin Akeret) and American lyricist/vocalist Roger Versey (St. Louis, USA), officially release their first mini album Nu Wave Trajectory — accompanied by an atmospheric official music video.
Blending analog-inspired synthesizers, pulsating electronic rhythms and emotionally charged spoken-word vocals, Nu Wave Trajectory explores the space where precision meets poetry. Every track balances cinematic sound design with intimate storytelling, creating a listening experience that feels both futuristic and strangely nostalgic.
The accompanying video expands this universe with striking visuals, translating the album’s themes of movement, distance and connection into a hypnotic audiovisual journey.
